What we do

Physiyolates is an integrated clinic which combines our areas of passion and expertise under one roof. We believe that this concept creates a synergy and a truly holistic approach to health, wellbeing and performance.

How we do it

Our practice is supported by evidence-based research gained from our combined extensive experience of working within sports science and medicine in elite level professional sport. Our methods are underpinned by a solid understanding of applied anatomy and movement and positive psychology and coaching. We are based within a beautiful new building in the heart of Knowle, Solihull.  The clinic is relaxed, but with a vibrant feel, which ensures each of our clients receives individual attention and a truly personal service.

How it helps

By combining the art and science of physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates, Physiyolates is fully equipped to provide solutions, interventions and bespoke programmes that meet individual lifestyle goals. This may be to: improve health and fitness, reduce stress levels, recover from injury or improve athletic performance.

Years’ experience

Holistic clinic

Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle.

Meaning ‘union’ or ‘whole’ – yoga is the oldest living science of the mind and body and has been practiced in various forms for thousands of years.

Pilates is a form of exercise developed in Germany in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, whose method centred around the art of controlled movements.
