Both Yoga and Pilates originated as science-based mind and body movement systems however over the years both have either been adapted and diluted, or further influenced by the latest scientific research.  

At Physiyolates we are absolutely influenced by science and research combined with high-performance coaching techniques.  We have actively carried out research within elite sport and are developing our own training and educational institute for our Brain Body Method ™

All of our small group classes have a maximum of 7 people per class.  This ensures that each person is treated completely as an individual. Our clients will often comment that even though they have the fun experience of working within a small group, their individual experience is actually like having a personalised 1-1.   We have a ‘hands-on’ coaching style and are able to cater for each individual body which ensures that each person is expertly cared for.

Our approach is not a generic instructor led ‘one size fits all’ gym based philosophy. Our exclusive method has been created, researched, tested and applied and is based on a brain centric approach because we believe that the brain and the body should be trained as a wholly integrated system.  Our method and philosophy is underpinned with the latest cutting edge research within the fields of Pain Science, Sport and Exercise Psychology and Neuroscience. The brain is the powerhouse of the body and our unique training method and approach will dramatically enhance the way your body looks, moves, feels and performs.  The brain is absolutely the key to maximising both physical and mental fitness for everyone.

We are also experts in injury and injury rehabilitation because we actually understand the psychology of injury and harnessing the power of the brain to move away from pain.  Over the years we have worked with hundreds of elite athletes from first stage injury rehabilitation through to end stage ‘return to play’ fitness.  We know the process and psychological stages we have taken them through to maximise peak mental and physical fitness. We deliver this high performance experience from our integrated clinic using state of the art Yoga and Pilates equipment in our two spacious studios.
